3月時之前靠著只有早餐吃澱粉,午晚餐不吃澱粉只吃自助餐的菜加上每天快走五公里有成功把體質從33降到29,但最近有點停滯,想嘗試看看168斷食法,想請問一下如果每餐都需要外食無法在家烹飪的話,但也不想因為這樣大幅提高餐費的預算想控制在250左右,該怎麼吃才好,目前是想嘗試12-20進食其餘時間不吃東西,感謝各位大大
