性別:男
年齡:28
身高:182
體重:87.5
BMI:26.7
體脂率:29.5
參考照片:剛剛出爐的inbody

三餐內容:231,只吃晚餐
早餐:水、茶、黑咖啡
午餐:同早餐
晚餐:自助餐或水煮餐
類似這樣,飯少菜多,但蛋白質不常吃到體重一倍(這張照才100塊,超便宜)

日常作息時間:早九晚六,八點左右醒,12點左右睡
生活型態:上班族,下班
健康狀況:很健康的啦
運動習慣:一週重訓兩三次,不常做有氧,兩三次分別會是胸背腿各一小時
我的問題:
我從月初(體重約91)開始231,期間大部分時間只吃一餐,但會盡量吃飽、多吃蛋白質,
除了跟朋友聚餐吃到飽,基本上不碰含糖飲料。
雖然不是吃得多乾淨,但應該也不至於太差。原本我是這樣想的,231一個月後,剛剛量i
nbody,少掉的四公斤多大概三公斤肌肉,其他全是水,脂肪一點沒掉,更別說是內臟脂
肪(10)。
朋友說怎麼可能才幾個月掉兩三公斤肌肉,我他OX這一年多練的成果都還回去...
所以想上來問問大家,是inbody機器(同一台)不準還是怎麼樣,有沒有任何調整飲食或運
動頻率的建議,先謝過各位
