怕太久遠 問問題看不到
看了一下似乎沒板規不能手動置底
所以...
心跳是估計的... 想發文問但是沒測過心跳...
但是我還滿無聊 會邊跑邊算自己心跳
用所以發問時 就回想當下的速度稍微估計一下
數字參考用 應該有一點點落差
多跑 那可以連續跑嗎??
(因為連跑兩天 我就有點受不了了...)
激烈點是可以快一點的意思嗎??
5分速的意思是甚麼??
雖然我都沒在忌口... 但是應該沒到營養失衡吧...
在學校幾乎都吃便當 三菜一肉是能失衡到哪去
跑步不及格... 這有在進步啦...
我第一天跑的時候 跑三圈400m的操場最外圈(聽說是450m) 我就快崩潰了
現在跑10圈 是滿累的 但還沒到第一天 快崩潰的狀態
說到單槓 我跑完10圈 都會去拉幾下單槓
第一天 可以做很多"一下"
前天 已經可以拉數個"三下"了
話說我不懂甚麼是野戰部隊.....
