早餐:1.素麵(油豆腐&碎豆皮)+無糖豆漿

午餐:炒飯+附贈的湯
炒麵+附贈的湯 + 微糖少冰綠茶
水餃*10~15顆+附贈的湯
晚餐:燙青菜+水果+茶葉蛋(去蛋黃偶爾吃)+無糖豆漿
燙青菜+關東煮(標示低於20卡的)+無糖豆漿
其他:每天喝水1~2000cc & 雙X茶王或是每X綠茶一瓶
日常作息時間:約11點就寢 7點起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:星期一到三會在健身房,使用跑步機30分鐘約4km心跳140bpm,登山機15分鐘
140~150bpm,腳踏車20分鐘踩10km心跳數約140bpm,星期四、五休息, 星期
六、日跑操場約跑30分鐘(約3.5km)&快走10分鐘
我的問題:高二時從91公斤減到現在的體重,因為那時候觀念嚴重錯誤,是採用仙女餐
做法+狂打籃球減肥,不知道會不會影響到現在減肥的效率,也希望版上的
各位先進(版娘?)能夠提供給小弟些建議。 感謝!!
