從今年一月就開始上健身房,
但是一直都是上課程跟有氧運動,幾乎沒有碰重訓,
因此七月做的身體掃描結果很失望(因為一開始沒有想到、所有也沒有上健身房之前的
數據)
因此開始上這個版,看看大家的心得及推薦,也開始我的重訓、核心訓練。(結果好像
做的過猛,腋下跟大腿出現一點點紋路)
而昨晚又再去量一次、結果體脂肪在三個月內掉了12%,雖然很開心、但想來發問。
體脂肪掉了12%,但體重只有掉2kg,外觀上也不覺得有瘦很多,只是真的身體有變輕的感
覺,也比較不容易水腫,想問說這是正常的嗎?
(因為我看別人體脂肪掉蠻多了,通常體重也都掉蠻多,要不就是外觀改善很多。但因
為我可能是因為服用類固醇胖的,服用了快半年後,就在前幾個月停的。停了之後才慢慢消下來。)
還有、板上不知道有沒有人重訓後,腋下或腿部出現紋路(像妊娠紋)大家都是怎麼解
決的呢
