這方法一直都很有用啊......
雖然記者糖醣不分,但大家應該知道想表達什麼,
就是避開碳水化合物,其他什麼隨便你吃,
只要荷包夠厚,高蛋白質的好吃食物其實很多,
比如牛肉、雞肉、魚肉、蝦子、干貝......
要說有多痛苦我是覺得還好。
真的很想吃碳水,等體脂夠低以後,
偶爾破戒一下也還好,不然用豆腐做成飯和麵替代也可以,
而且這種飲食方法還比較健康咧。
看到很多人說這樣很痛苦,我只能笑笑,
要嘛你太窮,要嘛你蠢,要嘛你太沒毅力,
當然更可能三者皆是。
若是如此,你就繼續一般人的生活,擁有一般人的身材,
本來嘛,沒有基因外掛,年紀又開始大,
身材還想要比人家好,自然要付出代價的。
每次這種飲食文,下面就一堆冷嘲熱諷,
但裡面真的身材好的,又有幾個人呢?
大部分還不都是大媽和大叔的老態身材,
飲食亂吃,運動愛做不做,
身材和健康都不怎麼樣,只有鍵盤厲害而已。
