107年5月18開始執行甩脂計畫,至今天108年7月6日,共415天。
以下數據皆為小米體脂計測量
體重:140kg→77kg
體脂率:45%→26.6%
內臟脂肪:21→12
肌肉:72.6kg→53.3kg
小弟我胖了30幾年,從小到大綽號都跟胖有關,
所以一直以來也都用「我是易胖體質,胖是很正常的啦!」來洗腦自己,自然而然,吃的
方面不但不忌口,甚至是天天吃宵夜,運動方面也是幾乎沒有,整個人就像氣球一樣越充
越大顆。
去年五月底的某一天坐進車子的駕駛座,發現整個人快把駕駛座塞暴了,座椅都已經調整
到最後,肚子還是頂到方向盤,深深覺得不行再這樣下去了,因此動了瘦身的念頭。
此外,父親去年10月初往生,因為爸爸在世時就一直很關心我的身體健康,所以在爸爸的
靈前我立下了一定要瘦身成功的誓言,不但為了自己的健康,也為了做給往生的父親看,
這點是我執行甩脂計畫以來最大的動力。
整個甩脂過程,大概可以分成三個階段
第一階段:107年5月底至8月底
吃的部分只有單純戒掉含糖飲料和零食,外加戒宵夜而已,其他三餐照吃,內容也都沒挑
,運動部分,每週踩2~3天的飛輪,一次40分鐘,靠這樣到107年6月底時瘦到了133kg,
由於是當老師,因此接著7、8兩個月的暑假,我不但開始加強運動量(還是以有氧為主)
,也逐漸開始注意吃的內容,並在7月中旬開始進行16/8斷食,到了9月初開學前,我減到
了120kg。
第二階段:107年9月初至108年1月底
開學後因為住宿的關係,晚餐要自理,我一樣執行16/8斷食,中午吃學校營養午餐,白飯
用自己準備的地瓜代替,其他菜的部分就盡量避開甜湯、油炸、勾芡類;晚餐部分堅果+卜
蜂即時雞胸肉+電鍋蒸水煮蛋2顆+燙青菜或生菜+去籽芭樂一顆,偶爾會加個300ml無糖豆漿
運動部分依然保持有氧為主,但加入一些重量訓練,添購了一張瑜珈墊和20kg啞鈴組,會
利用周末回家時做一些大肌群的訓練,平時在校住宿受限於場地和器材,只能選擇有氧運
動,例如:快走操場,並逐漸加入間歇性慢跑、爬山等等。到108年1月底時減到97.5kg。
第三階段:108年1月底至今
吃的部分大同小異,一樣中午吃營養午餐,晚餐雞胸肉+2顆蛋+燙青菜+芭樂+堅果+豆漿泡
乳清,並隨著體重減少逐步調整一天的攝取熱量。周末回家時媽媽會幫我準備午晚餐,基
本上就是雞胸肉混著各類青菜一起炒,一天四顆蛋,其他東西都一樣。
這階段主要改變的是運動的部分,1月底時添購了一對快速可調式的啞鈴(5磅~52.5磅)
,還有一張重訓椅,運動開始轉變成平日在校時(二到四,禮拜一我通常休息一天)有氧
為主(爬山、快走+慢跑、跳繩、最近變成打羽球),很不幸的是可能是體重還重時太操了
,從去年底就發覺足底會痛,看醫生後也確診為足底筋膜炎,幸好現在可以利用兩個月的
暑假好好休息(在家時有氧可以選擇踩飛輪);
周末(五六日)回家時重訓為主,我參考了蓋伊的【4天練全身】超高CP值! 必收藏訓練
影片|健人訓練|2019ep02 這部影片,用啞鈴+重訓椅就可以練全身,只是因為我只有三
天能練,所以將四天的菜單濃縮為三天內,大概就是週五:胸+二頭,週六:臀+腿+三
頭,週日:肩+背+核心,一直用這樣的方式練了半年,到今天體重為76.6kg。

心得:
一路走來受此板惠益良多,雖然我此時仍遠遠還沒達到我的目標,但也算到一個里程碑了
,心得就跟以往大家說過的基本上都相同,吃八動二,想甩脂,吃遠遠比動更重要,不只
是熱量方面,內容更是重中之重,我個人算比較懶的,基本上我只要求蛋白質要吃達標(
體重x2),碳水和油脂我就沒那麼要求。一個月我仍然會和家人或朋友吃大餐1~2次,通
常都以火鍋為主(吃肉、青菜、菇類),甜食部分平常完全不碰,只有吃大餐時會開戒,
且吃大餐那天我會選擇整日只吃一餐,水果的部分,我現在只吃去籽芭樂、蘋果、偶爾吃
個香蕉,其他含糖類很高的水果幾乎都不碰了,只有最近芒果季吃個一些嘗嘗味道。
運動方面,我覺得挑自己喜歡,且能長久做下去的最重要,並且和吃一樣,要讓它變成日
常生活中的習慣,我現在一兩天沒運動就覺得渾身不對勁,很難想像一年多前我是能躺就
不坐、能做就不站的,但還是建議大家,重訓絕對好處多多,一來修飾體態線條,二來增
加肌肉量,提高減脂效率,偶爾亂吃也更有空間不復胖。
最後心得,減脂真的比吃胖更花錢,一年多來,我光買新衣服就花了兩三萬,吃的部分更
是大宗,蛋白質要完全靠原形食物真的很花錢,所以我有一部份選擇用乳清蛋白來補。但
隨著體能變得更好,體態變得更好,你會覺得這一切的花費都是值得的!
