年齡20-40 身高平均約168cm 體重平均約100kg
12週飲食每日total約 800-1000大卡的健康低脂均衡飲食,含營養補充劑,營養足夠。
重點:
1 體重減輕9.5kg,8kg是FM 1.5kgFFM
2 FFM影響代謝REE,主要是由內臟器官質量為主要消耗
3 FFM組成成分非常重要,減少的1.5kg中。骨骼肌肉+內臟1kg(923,107g),另外0.5kg約
為剩餘加誤差。
4 內臟質量減輕,可能大部分是內臟周圍脂肪,如肝減少的85%重量為脂肪肝,一部分為
水重。腦是沒有質量減輕的器官。
5 REE減少136大卡,但扣掉校正體重後為2.38大卡約為誤差範圍內。簡單講就是沒有代謝
補償,但與基線相比還是有差異顯著(基線多了57大卡,而減重後消失)。但個別差異大,
有一半的人產生一些程度的AT出現。高AT有較好的FFM保留。
6 胰島素和T3都顯著下降,TSH,T4無。
7 體重減輕期間T 3的較大下降可能導致FFM的保留,負相關接近顯著(r=-0.26,P=
0.09)。
本文結論。
Conclusions: After weight loss, almost 50% of the decrease in REEm was
explained by losses in FFM and FM. The variability in REEm explained by body
composition increased to 60% by also considering the weight of individual
organs.
