本人是從事冷凍空調維修的工作活動量本來就不小

身高165 體重96KG 活動量大 算出來每天需要4510大卡...
體能上能夠扛90KG的冷氣爬5樓應該算有肌肉吧
比起有健身的猛男還是差很多
自從2/14跟前女友分手後 國中的一位女同學開始教我減肥說要把朋友介紹給我
就這樣莫名其妙開始了...
就早餐吃全家的地瓜(最小顆的)配無糖豆漿
中餐吃池上招牌便當飯減半
晚餐吃全家的三明治+一盒水果
以上菜單這45天幾乎都沒更動
除了去運動那天晚餐會多吃一顆去蛋黃的茶葉蛋
每周135去運動中心踩飛輪40分鐘5分鐘上調2個等級
+臥推左右各15KG 15下一組做5組
禮拜日晚上還是能放縱一下去聚餐
真的不覺得會痛苦3餐都有吃只是不像以前吃的多
但也有人說這樣瘦太快了??
追加一下 騎飛輪的時候心跳巔峰是180 保持在160以上
剛剛量是84KG
