因為我的運動對手太過強悍...所以我真的需要增進我的體能的運動..

但我對這篇文章有個疑問,就是如果照作者的意思應該是一組有8個動作...
每個動作各做20秒,這樣一組做完就4分鐘...但是一天要練幾組呢?!不是很懂..
希望有強者可以幫忙指點迷津~非常感謝~^^
