看到很多版友說吃的熱量不夠一定不會長肌肉,
可是我有點好奇。
我這三週來,每天都只吃到基代附近,基本上有時候會不夠,
但是營養均衡,休息足夠,身體狀態良好。
每天先重訓30分鐘,再有氧40分鐘,三週後,體脂肪掉了2%,
身體含水量多了不到一公斤,肌肉也長了0.5公斤。(數據都是INBOYD測量)
依照各位的說法,吃不夠基代一定不會長肌肉,這樣好像是有所違背的。
就我的理解,所謂的基代也只是一個參考的數據,建議你吃到那個數字以上,
但是每個人新陳代謝、身體狀態都不一樣,機器能測量出來的基礎代謝,
也只是就肌肉量帶入一個公式而已,具有參考價值,但是不是唯一標準。
飲食也不一定崇尚唯一熱量學,適當的時間進食,均衡的飲食,
都比純粹的熱量控制來的更重要。
