美研究 過度慢跑會短命 張渝萍╱綜合報導
很多人熱中慢跑,認為可以健身增壽,但慢跑並非多多益善。美國最新研
究顯示,過度慢跑與完全不運動的人一樣會縮短壽命,學者建議一周跑步2至3
小時最恰當。國內家醫科醫師也表示,運動要採中庸之道,不宜過度。
細胞釋有害酵素
美國賓州學者松村的團隊分析3800名平均46歲的男女慢跑者,其中近7成
每周跑步逾32公里,並檢視他們的心臟病史與用藥習慣。結果發現,不運動與
過度跑步者壽命較適度跑步者短,但導致短命原因仍不清楚。他上周日在美國
華盛頓舉辦的心臟病學會年會發表這項研究報告。
另一名心臟病專家歐基甫推測,可能是因為長期過度運動,損耗身體,導
致心臟結構「重塑」,減弱適度運動帶來的好處。
國內恩輝診所醫師陳永煌說,運動不宜過度,除平常不運動的人突然劇烈
運動,會對身體有害,長期過度運動也會讓細胞釋放有害酵素,影響心臟健康
。
