4個月下來瘦了25公斤 是否需要改變菜單? - 健身

我於今年3月開始天天(真的是每一天)上健身房
一開始的前兩個禮拜都只有作有氧30分鐘,
然後從3月中開始自己加入了重訓15分鐘
而從4月開始到現在都是每天重訓30分鐘後加有氧30分鐘
一天練背 一天練胸,然後腿部加減小練一下。
體重從原本的134公斤瘦到了現在108~109公斤,大概25公斤
將近這4個月,全都是靠自己胡亂摸索去做的,
直到最近,問了朋友才知道,我做的重訓重量根本不夠大...
才說我難怪可以每天都上健身房做重訓+有氧
他建議我有一天可以純做有氧就好,
另外一天重訓的重量加大這樣循環,
請問各位覺得呢?
另外 困擾我的還有一點就是,
我發現我哪一天還沒做滿30分鐘的有氧,心情就會有點不爽
是不是腦內啡作祟阿 哈哈
