50歲爸爸的減肥方式 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:無/燕麥粥(內加干貝,小魚乾)
午餐:市售水煮拉麵一塊
非常偶爾是便當
晚餐:白飯+2~3樣家常菜(炒青菜,蒸魚之類的)+湯
(我媽煮都不會太油膩)
其他:平常日:睡前會喝點小酒(含鹿茸,龜鹿二仙膠或虎頭蜂的補酒)
小魚乾/花生/葵瓜子等當小菜
鄰居聚會日(一星期約2次):大部分是喝高梁,量不多
小菜就不一定了
日常作息時間:平常日都大約12點睡,5點起床
生活型態:規律的上班族
運動習慣:幾乎每天早上5點起床慢跑一小時
我的問題:我爸覺得他明明吃很少卻一直胖起來(肚子慢慢變~大~),自覺身體健康有危險
在看過版上的資訊之後,我幫我爸列了以下幾點注意事項
希望板友可以幫我看看對於50歲以上的人來說妥不妥
1.三餐都要吃
2.盡量11點就就寢
3.每天喝1800cc以上的白開水
4.持續慢跑之外,加上重訓
重訓內容:舉啞鈴,伏地挺身,仰臥起坐,深蹲
家裡只有一個啞鈴(不知道幾公斤),以外沒有任何器材
我爸一直都是台電員工,年輕時滿操的
所以我想他體力應該還不錯,至少比我這女兒好多了...= =
不過我不清楚50歲的人減脂跟重訓要注意的有哪些,還是都沒差?
他一直覺得重訓老人家會無法負荷
