這次的內容是在家就可以做的腹肌訓練,用5個動作組成,每個動作都要做1分鐘,在過程
中不能讓膝蓋碰到地面,如果沒有辦法完成,就要記錄自己所做的時間,試著逐漸進步,
訓練動作包含:蹺蹺板式、棒式轉體、棒式碰同側小腿、棒式碰對角腳尖、棒式。
