目前是以間歇性斷食以及重訓來控制身材,
中午12點~晚上八點內進食
但過了30歲後開始覺得心肺耐力下降明顯,
所以最近想要加入慢跑來訓練心肺。
以目前下班還要顧小孩、哄睡來說
只能夠早起跑步,但要到中午才能進食
擔心會不會血糖過低
不知道這樣適不適合呢?
