三餐內容
早餐:在睡覺
午餐:12點半..蒟蒻+青菜+海帶+2塊火鍋料..搭配纖吃纖盈煮
湯不會喝.自己煮的..是上班前在家煮帶去
晚餐:6點便當一個.排骨或雞腿.都會吃完.
會挑3青菜.在上班附近買
其他 : 每天固定500cc牛奶or豆漿or優酪乳.
每天下班8點吃水果一樣
每周3~4天喝一瓶方盒飲料
每周2~3天會買10元小餅乾.巧克力..以上2個努力戒中
日常作息時間:2點半睡覺10點半起床
12點~8點上班
生活型態:服務業.上班8小時幾乎站著.
周休3天
運動習慣:每周一定3天游泳池游泳.
游一個小時休息30分再小一個小時
一個小時都不停蛙式..心跳維持120以上
另一個小時就是練習比較不會的自由式.
遇生理期取消..1~2天
每周2~3天操場快走1小時20分
1小時一定維持速度快走會流超多汗.心跳120以上
20分則是來去的路上還有拉筋
..人多所以速度不快
遇下雨則取消
心跳不太會測..摸自己至少有感覺很快
我的問題:已經維持這樣1個月十幾天了
目前只瘦1kg
游泳只休息2天
最近下雨都沒辦法走..休息
請問買台.迷你跑步機..[沒錢買大的]
踏步機
手足健身車
室內腳踏車不考慮.因為家有腳踏車.去哪都騎腳踏車[上班例外]
請問哪一台直得買呢?.手足健身車比較便宜吸引到我
但跑步機像比較好.但平常已走操場..
想買台下雨or走完超場.在家繼續做
我知道飲料跟點心錯了..請鞭小力點..努力戒中
其他還有什麼需要改進??
