個人認為應該廢除這一項。
我不否定BMI的參考價值,但是其參考價值正在逐年下降。
因為生活型態、飲食型態的改變,BMI的參考價值越來越低。
在這個版,
大家都知道不可只是追求"體重"的改變,
但BMI就是只看體重的改變。
BMI只看不能改變的身高,和可以改變的體重,
其值低於18.5但體脂肪大於30的是大有人在!!
這些人難道不需要減肥嗎?
這種skinny fat的紙片人不需要更健康的生活嗎?
十年前我的老師就告訴我,盡信BMI不如不信BMI。
十年來,我只有越來越認同這句話而已。
當然BMI還是有他的意義,
譬如說BMI嚴重偏高的人體重理應偏重,對關節的負擔就大,
BMI嚴重偏低的人,可能骨質容易流失等等...
但對於健康影響最大的,應該還是體組成,
應該還是大家最能理解的體脂肪、肌肉、lbm、體組成...等等這些名詞。
BMI低於18.5可以不可以發減肥文?
那麼一個身高170體重52公斤的板友,體脂肪35%,
她會苦於板規無法發減肥文,所以她必須肥死自己的吃到54公斤,
才能求得一個運動的處方.......
這實在不通。
