看到這個 覺得女教練超正(誤) 覺得很有趣 又短時間
就做了一次
媽壓!!! 超累 我女生 1分鐘就不行了 大概15次
想請問大家這主要是訓練到那部份?(上面說的是全身)
一禮拜是做兩次就足夠了嗎? 看大陸網站是20下一周兩次
還有女生版的

但真的做的時候都要提醒自己是姿勢正確 不能求快又沒效傷膝蓋 喔~
