地獄般的累!! - 健身

話說雖然最近的天氣真是熱到讓人想隨身帶電風扇
但今天早上去慢跑的累真是可說是地獄般的累
我先陳述我一些狀況好了
原po我今年29歲,基本上我有慢跑6000的習慣
就一定要到6000,我不會加長也不會偷懶
6000公尺就是我慢跑的距離
絕大部份的情況是33分跑完(強手可能覺得弱翻了,見諒^^)
從去年到今年我最快的紀錄是31分40秒
最慢是38分多一些 , 當然跑到38分的那一次是我在中午13點去跑
感覺上是沒特別熱,但跑起來的確蠻熱的,跑到後來真的很吃力
但都沒像今天早上去跑的那樣快受不了,有種快死去的fu!!
我昨天沒有睡覺(因為我白天睡太多了,從前晚2點多睡到下午3點)
於是乎,昨晚根本不可能睡著,我就在半夜做了104下伏地挺身
其實我下午做過50下了
體力可能因為這些運動就被耗掉一些
今天早上我跑完6000後,累的感覺跟平常跑6000其實沒差多少
都一樣是很累,雖然我今天早上跑了36分15秒
可能是我已經3週沒去跑了,所以有點退步,再加上作息不正常也有影響到
不過重點不是在於我跑完6000的感覺
重點是我回家後真是有身處地獄般的感受
第一點,我習慣在回家做點伸展運動,就2.3分鐘這樣
第二點,跑6000後我會喝大概1000~1200cc左右的熱開水
但我今天早上跑完後,想說昨晚沒睡覺,不然泡個熱水澡好了
必須要說,水溫不算很高,算溫水偏高一點點
可我幾乎快受不了,跑完都30分了,我還是不斷的冒汗加大口喘氣
在泡澡中我感覺到異常難受
本來想說能在泡澡中讓呼吸慢慢恢復正常
可是越泡越喘
請問一下板友,是因為我沒散熱又泡熱水的關係才會那樣難受嗎??
當下我覺得繼續泡可能會昏倒,我就起來坐在馬桶上
可是全身發燙的感覺斯毫都沒有減輕,比剛跑完步還難受
乾脆我就躺在浴室的地板上,大概3分鐘後
我就比較沒那樣難受了,是因為地板很涼,幫助我散熱嗎???
不管怎樣,今天的運動真是這一年以來最累最受不了的一次
有沒有慢跑達人板友能發表意見呀??
