原po是女生28歲
持續慢跑跟快走大概2個月
體重沒有很刻意的去量
下雨就騎健身車
平常早餐和中餐正常吃 晚餐會吃少一點
幾乎天天持續運動30分鐘 現在身形變均勻多了
肚子的游泳圈也有略消 以前都吃減肥藥 瘦了卻復胖更多
我想跟剛開始減肥的大家說 慢慢健康瘦下來才是王道
不要一直在意體重計上的數字
我還要繼續努力 大家也加油
健康最重要
