我慢跑的時候(八公里跑一小時)
心跳會很快
有到標準160左右
但流汗卻還好
衣服下摸得到有出汗
但跳鄭多燕的時候
感覺心跳沒到160(一點喘的感覺也沒有)
不過卻會大飆汗
肌膚看得到的地方
汗不斷滴下來
究竟是為什麼呢
哪個運動效果比較好呢
