嗨嗨
幾個月前在版上發過女生重訓文
從發完文後我就迷上了cross fit (笑
去年11月有接觸, 三月底開始一星期3-4次做到現在
發現最大的進步就是姿勢變比較標準
之前5x5都一直在追PR 硬舉也都亂來,下背練完超痛還自以爲很爽XDDDD
目前的數字跟之前比起來少了一點點
可是卻覺得核心更接實
呼吸的感覺也比較抓的到
基礎還是得打好才行!!
我發現之前覺得很難的動作像
Dead lift 跟 front squat 做起來變簡單了
之前卡關的.....現在還在卡XD
臥推跟back squat 實在是很苦手
有沒有人也在做crossfit來分享一下最喜歡跟最苦手的動作吧!!
我最討厭overhead squat 跟 wall ball XDDD
大腿超弱
最喜歡rig dip 跟pull up !
目前在跟double under 奮鬥中,訣竅還請各位大大指教QQ
一直打到自己,教練都開我玩笑說來是不是被家暴XDDD
