已爬文對curves健身中心的看法
但還是理不出頭緒
curves環狀的油壓式器材
號稱兼具有氧與肌力訓練
半小時可消耗300-500大卡
親身體驗覺得500大卡應該是天方夜譚
可能不夠拼吧
今年2月開始去curves做運動
手臂似乎練出一點二頭肌,腿也有比較細
可是總覺得做起來很輕鬆
雖然有指導員,可是覺得他們不太專業
懷疑自己動作就算不正確他們可能也看不出來
油壓式是說速度越快阻力會增強
可是我就是做不快,覺得強度不夠
然後心跳平時一分鐘五十幾下,最近去慢跑一陣子了
平時一分鐘竟然不到五十下~我應該不是天生運動的奇才啊~
所以在那邊做器材根本達不到他們說的藍綠色有氧程度
最近萌生退會念頭想改去運動中心或健身房(台北健身院?)
上星期跟curves的指導員討論一下,他說下次幫我看動作
我在台北信義大安區這邊
光復南路和信義路口轉角2樓有看到一家青年健身院
不曉得有沒有女生在這裡做重訓?
或是在信義、大安運動中心有嗎?
不過還在考慮究竟要不要退掉curves
大家可以給個看法嗎?
