最近在健身房有看到有些人用DROP SET的練法
小弟也有嘗試一下
但是如果是大肌群的多關節運動像是臥推
用DROP SET很容易最後姿勢整個走樣
如果是二頭這種小肌群就比較還好 而且蠻有泵感
所以DROP SET比較適合小肌群來練嗎?
還是我肌力不夠執行大肌群的DROP SET呢?
