HIIT &重訓 - 減肥

基本資料
性別:(男/女)女生
年齡:28
身高:151
體重:52
BMI:(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:25% (3個月前康是美量的)
三餐內容
早餐:大燕麥50G + 130卡馬玉山 + 咖啡一杯(30CC牛奶,不加糖)
午餐:100G 白飯 + 一份燙OR炒青菜 + 一份~一份半的肉 OR 魚
晚餐:同午餐/有時加上自己煮的湯一碗
一天1~2杯咖啡,平常喝水 or自己泡紅/綠/烏龍茶至少2000 cc
餐與餐中間有時會加上一根香蕉(通常有吃的話一天最多一根)
晚上嘴饞會喝一杯熱可可(60卡)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
研究生,12PM 前睡,8AM起床
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每星期
跑步3次 每次一個鐘頭 走 + 跑 距離約4.2~5.2mile = 6.7~8.2 公里
(有喘~中間會故意幾次讓自己的心跳到Max約30秒之後再用8km的速度慢跑)
Chalean Extreme Phase 1的重訓2次 (用彈力繩)
Turbo Fire的Core 20 1次
(以上是routine,已進行快要2個月了)
鄭多燕的墊上運動1次(練下半身?) 或 比利大叔 1次(大約都是40分鐘左右)
最近體力/時間允許的話,加上Turbo Fire的hiit ez約45分鐘,一次
休息一天
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我知道重訓會讓人變結實/小隻,然後女生要長肌肉也沒那麼容易
可是我擔心做Chalean extreme的重訓上手臂會變粗耶?
因為我這幾天跑去試衣服時,不知是不是錯覺,覺得手臂好像變粗了?
話說,我看Chalean他們的手臂,很有線條沒錯,可是好像不細?
還是角度的關係呢?
我想要纖細又漂亮的手臂啊....
但開始重訓之後,發現我從側面看,厚度好像有稍微減少XDDD
或許跟開始訓練之後,站姿坐姿都比較挺直吧!?!
然後肚子那邊看得出有一些些(真的不太明顯的)11線~
另外一個問題是,雖然知道不要去在意體重,要看的是曲線
但是...有沒有甚麼方法可以減脂/減重呢?
有時候做完Core 20後來去量腰圍,還是不動如山啊...
人家想要變fit & 變瘦啊!!!
(不要只有心肺變強啦.....)
然後來小小的分享一下好了,
運動真的是會上癮的,讓人心情變好然後又可以忘記煩惱^^
然後運動完之後真的會精神很好呢!
發現跑步之後,大腿好像從膝蓋那邊開始變得比較細了
真的很開心
(不過我的馬鞍肉...讓我其中一條目標牛仔褲一直扣不上啊...)
是說我2月多真的吃"超~ 級~ 多~"體重一度升到55....= =
只能說~我越來越喜歡跑步了
希望版上的各位大大指導,
讓我可以變得更瘦更fit /輕?
還是哪裡有可以再改進,更有效果呢?
