今天嘗試了HIIT20分 使用划步機
阻力10 衝刺17x(拼命踩)10S 緩速11x 20S
熱身3分 循環15分 cooldown2分 共20分
很累不過還沒累垮 可能阻力設定還不夠高(?)
前面welb大說划步機心跳測不準確 乾脆不看用身體去做
反正間歇的基本原理就是拼命搭配慢跑速度
感想
1. 對心肺負荷不小 最好有一定的有氧基礎再玩
2. 感覺上HIIT其實就是種另類重訓
雖然沒練腿 做完後卻有種類似練腿日的酸脹感
可能平常有在練腿的會比較適合HIIT 免得隔天腿軟XD
3. 真的喜歡做 可以先做間歇 再慢慢踏入高強度
或者一半高強度 一半普通間歇 量力而為~~
4. 真的蠻省時間的 20~30分鐘就掛掉了
不需要耗到一小時 不會無聊XD
