不好意思想請問HIIT的問題
看了運動生理學的間歇運動
發現可以以
運動期間20秒到2分鐘(30歲的人心跳160下)
休息期間1-2分鐘 (30歲的人心跳120下)
來交互訓練
這樣感覺很好執行
只要注意時間和心跳數即可
但我有個問題就是一般建議最多執行20分鐘
那這20分鐘訓練完以後
還可以再繼續其他有氧運動嗎
還是建議收工拉拉筋就好
因為看文章中好像是希望不要把身體訓練成習慣有氧運動的消耗
所以才用間歇訓練
所以間歇訓練完應該不要繼續其他有氧運動比較好嗎??
覺得間歇運動對上班族來講是滿方便執行的
另外還想知道
可以早晚各執行一次嗎
因為時間短感覺很容易做到啊
