由於課業繁忙所以我都只能在大約11點的時候去運動
我每天大概跑個3000
很多前輩說運動完應該要進食
但我跑完也大約快12點了..
大概1點多就要睡覺
那我跑完應該要吃東西嗎??
如果我選擇喝一些低熱量的飲品可以嗎?
