睡眠時間太少? - 健身

在下最近都早起游泳
大約十一點左右睡覺 六點半起床 七點開始游1000M~1250M
五月份第一個跟第三個禮拜游了三天早泳
假日的運動時間是傍晚左右
最近這五六天睡眠品質突然變得有點差
睡不到五點 (未滿七小時)就開始有夢 醒來看時鐘才五點左右
我才26歲(女) 怎麼突然會有老人的症頭
第一個早泳禮拜 反而是好睡 睡滿七個小時
這幾天已經完全 五點多就醒來 又強迫自己睡到鬧鐘響 (其實都已經淺眠了)
請問平日持續運動的大家 睡眠時間都大概多久 ?
