前幾天剛好有機會量inbody
被出來的結果嚇到QQ
體脂31.5%
平常 一週去健身房1-2次 都只有做有氧
(跑步 速度8.5 臥式健身車 划船機 )
運動一小時
因為出來的結果肌肉量真的很低...
請問之後是不是改成全部重訓會比較好?
還是增加運動天數 持續有氧讓體脂先降低呢?
飲食方面是吃奶蛋素的話
可以只用豆漿 牛奶 蛋類 豆腐做補充還是外加乳清蛋白會比較好??
