最近去量了inbody

感覺體脂還是太高了
大概3天會游泳一次
然後一到五每天晚上都會去健身房
都是練三角三頭二頭跟胸
約莫40分鐘一個動作10下做五組
飲食的部分
早餐大概是豬排蛋餅加奶茶
午餐 白菜滷加虱目魚湯跟豬肉少許
晚餐 燒烤兩串
一天大概會喝兩杯手搖杯奶茶 微糖少冰
感覺蛋白質攝取量似乎太低了
主要希望內內可以變大然後線條明顯一些
