第一天跳完我覺得我要往生了,不知道是與吃飯時間間距太短,
還是我跳的時候水喝太多,總之我有一種很想吐然後頭很暈的感覺Orz..
隔天早上起床,小鐵腿。
第二天想說應該跟第一天差不多節奏吧!結果沒想到根本不是這麼回事!
同樣動作連坐三輪,然後每輪之間只有三十秒休息!到最後面根本就跟不上了,
不過這天比較不會這麼難過了,我水一個休息只敢小喝一口,含一含在吞進去,
今天早上起床,大鐵腿,媽呀!我想我大腿的肌力應該超級弱吧,慢跑是不是
比較不會用到大腿啊?
想請問大家:
1.做之前你們有做什麼暖身嗎?做之後有做些收操或按摩嗎@@?
2.大家都不會像我鐵腿這麼嚴重嗎?
3.感覺還有問題一時想不到,想到再問問大家囉!
