LBM掉的原因? - 健身

我上個月體重少了2kg
但是體脂只少了0.6kg
LBM少了1.4kg
但我三餐的飲食沒啥變化
前陣子是很常五點肚子就餓
上上個月開始有氧運動量增加不少
是這個原因讓LBM下降嗎?
或是單次長時間有氧運動
吃掉了肌肉?(一周一次3-8小時)
中間是有補給一小時約240大卡
還是運動量變大
吃進來的熱量被消耗太快???
