跑步.滑步有什麼不同 - 健身

各位好,目前小弟都是再健身房做運動
有氧部分皆是使用跑步機跟滑步機
但最近接使用滑步機居多(心跳120-130,35分)
跑步則是9km/hr,5.5KM,40分
我的問題是當我一段時間沒跑的時候(都使用滑步機)
偶爾交換有氧,再跑時會比較累呢?兩者消耗卡路里皆不都差不多嗎?
另外,我一段時間沒跑步後,再跑時,全身都好養
有人有這情形過嗎?
