比如說腹肌 我本來是每天作(捲腹+反向捲腹)
但是板上說每天作 肌肉休息的不夠
假設時間夠多
到底是作一天休息一天比較好 還是作一天休息兩天比較好?
(休息的那天會鍛鍊其他地方)
