快走 小腿好緊 我該怎麼辦 - 健身

我體重大概80KG 我已經將近三年沒有做任何運動了
最近看到馬克媽媽網誌很激勵我自己 所以開始運動
第一個禮拜跑跑停停 一切都很順利
之後膝蓋就有點不適~ 我就開始用快走
但快走後 我大概走1KM 速度約8.5min/km
我的小腿肌 就會緊到爆炸
肌肉摸起來就像石頭一樣硬
就會有一種小腿無力
膝蓋就要跪下去的感覺
之後拉拉筋會比較好
但是之後再快走我就速度變很慢
一旦加快 我的小腿肌就會很痛
我覺得應該是我姿勢不良 但我一直不覺得我姿勢哪裡出了問題
但現在都第四個禮拜了 我情況還是沒有變好>""<
我一個禮拜 約運動3~4次 一次30~40min
大家有可以建議我的意見嗎???
後續 我問了馬克媽媽 想不到她火速回我了 真開心:D

試著不要把快走這件事情都交給小腿來進行,把意念放在腹部跟大腿、臀部,請大家一起
來分擔,我的經驗是:小腿有爆炸的感覺多半是飲食太鹹,下半身水腫造成的感覺,跟運
動並沒有太大的關係,還有還有,因為你很久沒運動習慣,一開始體重會增加1-2公斤很
正常,這是生理現象不要因為這樣放棄了喔,加油!
