健康狀況:正常
運動習慣:[飛輪] 40mins 3 次/周
[瑜珈] 1hr 3 次/周
[有氧] 腳踏車機/滑步機 1hr/天 (心跳率120~140)
[重訓] 腹肌機器 200下/天 側腹 左右各100下/天
胸肌/背肌/大腿肌 3~5組 2次/周
我的問題:有記憶以來就是個胖子,最近下定決心要好好減肥了
爬了兩個月的板還是個fitness新手QQ
為了尋求專業建議最近去了減重門診,並得到這份報告
營養師說我的肌肉過量,要少做重訓
他說後期會不好減重可能會肌肉肥大
我覺得很困惑,開始運動以來我的確感覺到自己肌肉增加了
但我覺得身體因此靈活、健康
上網查詢資料也找不到LBM的標準值
究竟是否該減少重訓的運動量呢?
