請問比較適合想要什麼目的的人呢??
他大概有幾個大方向:
1:一個部位最多做兩個動作
2:扣掉熱身組,兩個動作加起來最少做六組,最多不超過九組
3:組間休息3分鐘左右
4:同一肌群至少間隔五到七天才能再訓練第二次
5:持續8~10個禮拜要休息一到兩個禮拜
6:6~9組裡面所選用的重量必須為:可以沒人幫你的情況下做到4下
但不能做超過六下(也就是第七下你自己無法舉起來)
7:完全行程(沒有半行程也沒有偷甩)
以上大概是這個訓練方式的要點
大致上來講他的介紹是有效增加肌肉量!
但我比較想知道他的原理,例如位什麼要選用4~6下的重量?背後的科學根據是什麼呢?
請板上有相關研究這方面原理或事實行過的人幫忙分享一下吧

PS:這樣的練法對於分離度有幫助嗎??
