服用時間 去年12月底~今年1月底、2月中到3/1(剛好喝完)
自己是買綜合水果,說實話超級不推XD 味道有夠怪
效果我自己是覺得蠻有效的(雖然爬文普遍是無效)
會導致失眠倒是真的,常常晚上8點喝然後去重訓
半夜3點左右才睡得著... 那陣子真的超難睡著
沒喝就比較好入眠
昨天跟板友買了另一罐 Muscletech Anarchy Preworkout 西瓜
今早重訓前喝,口味好喝多了
不過 ... 效用完全無感 -.- 只好慢慢當飲料喝完了
或是效用持續時間太短
今早重訓時,一小時的菜單(教練課),一開始有種比平常還要衝的感覺
菜單做起來很舒服,不過不知道是不是因為最近太累 ...
結果後20分鐘真的像洩了氣的皮球, 做間歇超弱
不過真正有沒有用還要用一陣子看看

有沒有板友們推薦的 preworkout 好喝又有效的?
題外話, 最近買了這個運動杯(還沒到手)

可以把 preworkout 先放進去, 然後把BCAA還是乳清放到瓶蓋裡
(帶到健身房喝, 暖身完換BCAA進去運動中喝
或是運動中喝水, 結束直接丟乳清下去)
如果要搖乳清可能要買個攪拌鋼球放裡面 ... 但感覺會有點擠
不知道各位對這種杯子有沒有興趣?
等到手後在看看實用性如何 ... 存放的空間似乎有點小 ...
