有一陣子沒更新訓練影片了,
這次想跟大家分享我和台灣背神邱俊凱 aka 大麥克的訓練記錄,
過程完全沒有講解只有配樂跟訓練過程,

我個人非常不建議板友們輕易嘗試,
大麥克本人對動作細節的要求非常非常高,
就連我和他一起的訓練過程中也有一些部分不斷被他調整,
我已經覺得自己的肌肉控制很理想了,
但他做起來完全是神的境界,
我甚至感覺到他是控制一絲一絲的肌肉纖維在完成動作的。
以下是小弟不專業的New H.I.T.訓練內容分享,

暖身組:
以平常做12~15rm的重量,
做五秒離心、五秒向心將關節活動開來,
視暖身狀況1~2組即可。
主訓練:
以平常做6~8rm的重量,
向心收縮使用爆發力,在有控制的情況下愈快愈好,
離心一樣五秒,
每組力竭後深呼吸十次接著做下一組,
一個訓練動作三組,
總訓練量共三個動作共九組。
