其實
不管你是否為一般人~運動員~減脂中~增肌中
只要你是人
我建議你都盡可能減少糖份的攝取
我本人小時候超愛吃甜食
但自從念了醫學院
加上自己家族親戚的慢性病
讓我驚覺到必須要改變此飲食習慣
我現在是只從水果中攝取果糖
因為正在減脂期
每個星期都會量體脂等數據
我發現只要攝取任何人工的醣類
(EX:運動飲料中的高果糖漿)
都會影響到我當周的進度
我想是因為人工的糖又更難被身體代謝的關係
廣義來說
糖是碳水化合物的一種
但以糖(單醣)跟一般所說的碳水化合物(多醣)
糖更容易被儲存成脂肪(GI高)而不是被身體拿來當能量消耗掉
很多女孩告訴我
他運動健身的目的就是要 吃想吃的美食
如果你以能量的觀點來看
沒錯~或許你真的可以努力運動消耗掉你今天下午茶的布朗尼蛋糕
但
你的運動並不能改變糖對你身體造成的影響
以癌症的觀點
癌細胞更傾向於使用糖來當作能量來源
跟一般細胞相比
他們幾乎不能代謝脂質跟蛋白質獲得能量
也就是說多吃糖對於癌症是很不利的
糖
會讓你的身體處於慢性發炎的狀態
一個簡單的觀念
你的身體一直在這種狀態
很多慢性病都會接踵而來(EX:糖尿病,痛風,肥胖<--廢話)
所以
盡可能的戒掉人工醣類
只從水果攝取基本的糖份即可
下次如果想吃糖
或許該三思
或是高強度訓練中or後補充[適量]
[適量]
[適量]
讓糖份在還沒影響身體前就被當成能量燒掉
