兩天有氧一次加上三天一次的啞鈴深蹲
偶爾會去健身房來個腿,肩,手,腹,後背的訓練
從7月開始運動,維持三個足月後拍的對比照
開了濾鏡不好意思,因為直接看到真實肉的顏色有點害羞 =="
運動加上自己煮飯真的瘦滿快的
這三個月已經掉了2公斤~
重點是我在意的腰部瘦超多!!男友用摸的就有感覺
還有馬鞍肉也瘦了!!!!!!!!!!!!
我一直錯怪骨盆><
一直以為是骨盆龐大 天生寬~"~
結果是肥肉呀....
啊對了!!我每天晚上睡前還會拿拍拍棒自虐自己的腿,按摩穴道,加上刮痧循環血液
大概按摩30分鐘
因為我有橘皮困擾
目前還在觀察成效中
希望以後也能發篇心得文
