第一次手機發文 請大家多多指教
魯蛇現在 68公斤 175公分
三個月以前 我卻是80公斤的肥宅啊啊
先來張圖嚇嚇大家吧 別砲太大力..

那天開始我決定要開始健身 開始飲食控制 因為我去的只是運動中心 所以我並沒有個人
教練 所以只能靠著自己慢慢摸索 直到認識一休跟館長
一休的飲食控制 跟 館長的重訓觀念 讓我一個月就掉到76公斤 這時我大概是這樣

我並沒有節食 而是要吃的飽也吃的巧
也慢慢把訓練加強 一週重訓4天 一天天過去也漸漸對健身著迷
現在大概是八月多快開學 體重就開始在75~76徘徊 但其實只要意志力夠我覺得根本不會
有什麼問題
不喝飲料 不吃零食 一開始真的不簡單
但其實想一想根本也沒有什麼 就這樣到了開學日 剛開始第一個禮拜一定會有的健康檢查
這是體重已經到了........
73了!!!!!!!!超開心的

後來進了系上排球隊 每天的訓練下
體重更順利到了70 kg

雖然跟版上巨巨比下來我連肌肉都稱不上有 但我高興我的體態有所改變 因為這是我努力
而來的
我從來不在意體脂肪的多少 因為鏡子就是最好的工具 體態是自己的唯有自己看到的才滿
意 而不是執著於數據 至少我是這麼想的
一直到現在我已經到了68公斤

我只有保持一個觀念
少油 少糖 以及熱量多寡。這樣保持下去大家一定會有更好的體態
想知道怎麼吃的也可以問我 我雖然不是專業的 但至少我可以用經驗來解決問題
希望大家都有更美身材 再補一張現在的體態哈哈哈哈哈
