現在正在進行嚴格的減脂計畫
花了一年已經健康瘦下20公斤
但是偶爾還是會嘴饞
請問如果想吃一些NG食物
最好在什麼時後吃才不會累積脂肪
早餐、午餐、晚餐?運動前或運動後?
懇請各位指教
