體脂率:28.5%(已修正..見笑見笑 原po崩潰了)
基代:1249

三餐內容
早餐:火腿蛋土司一份 或 鮪魚三明治一份
午點:200卡的草莓果醬麵包 or 餅乾
午餐:(公司伙食)半碗白飯 兩份炒蔬菜 1.5份肉 1碗湯
晚餐:7-11的濃湯(287大卡) 加一份麵包 或是 三顧茅廬的滷味(王子麵 火鍋料x4)
有時候白天吃太少 晚上會 吃炸雞翅加滷味..
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:工作時間約12小時 8:30am~8:30pm
睡眠:1:00am~7:30am
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:一個星期三次 心跳數120~130 踏步機 每次30~50分鐘
我的問題:
曾經因為太窮 每天只吃兩個御飯糰 一度餓到42kg
後來正常吃之後 一路上升到55左右
最近比較穩定 (因為參照版上的一些建議 讓稍微改變成現在的菜單)
想請問飲食上的卡數應該如何控制 飲食上的菜單要如何抓才好
想努力瘦到47~48kg之間 或是體脂降到23左右
想請教版友們 應該如何設定飲食習慣跟運動習慣
讓自己變得更健康 工作時也更有精神
