如標題,我已經照這個影片練6六週,大多數都有在最後一組力竭。
用啞鈴就能讓你練很壯|躺椅+啞鈴的居家肌肥大訓練

稍微修改的是 Day2,光練腿就已經爆累,所以把「二頭+腹部」另拆為一天。
這中間也有注意飲食,原則就是蛋白質吃夠(BW*1.6)、非運動時間少醣類、少含糖飲料。
個人覺得身材也有些微變好,小腹明顯有消,但康是美體脂計上的數字就是不動。
以下是6週前後變化:
體重 83.3 -> 82.7
體脂 25.3 -> 25.1
內臟脂 11 -> 10
中間測量很多次,除了某次口渴時去測量體脂驟降到 22% 以外,差不多都是上述那樣。
這樣到底是不是練太少?
