他的理據是,文獻顯示如果有同樣的訓練量,不但肉量長的一樣多,有做大重量的也還是有

混合式看起來好像很合理,但實務操作上不會很容易操過頭嗎? 線性成長的新手期過了以後
,一周光是5x5加輔助項就覺得蠻累的了,再插肌肥大感覺長期做下來對恢復不太好? 而且
要到同樣總訓練量換而言之就是肌肥大那天要比純健美練更多組。
然後比起幾個月純大重量-幾個月純肌肥大週期循環式突破力量瓶頸的,這種混合的有比較
大優勢嗎? 謝謝大家~
