跟職場長輩前輩閒聊之間知道他想轉換運動跑道、目標
想上來請益版上前輩
我先形容一下他目前的概況
那位職場中年前輩目前年齡未達5字頭
因為被外派出國,也會跟著當地同事一起早起運動、假日爬山
他身高不高,年底健康檢查時體重大概是超過BMI一些,聽他說應該是24多吧
體脂肪的話,用家用型的那種量似乎是22%
有養成每天跑步半小時到一小時的運動習慣
聽他講述目前的體能狀況是10K大概50分內,但距離最多半馬,也沒有再練跑更遠
跑步完之後會喝一點豆漿牛奶乳清之類的
飲食方面因為在外地,就是跟著幫廚一起吃,不好準備的樣子
半年後似乎他就要調回來
因此想要改變運動方式調整目標讓家人驚喜一下
我有問他身邊有什麼設備嗎?
他說宿舍區有槓鈴、握推椅 跟簡易的啞鈴,還有跑步機、踏步機
就是很簡陋的那種
言談間他想要學著開始重訓之類,讓自己身材更精實、體脂肪更低些
版上的各位先進,有什麼能推薦他用手邊的器材或是徒手鍛鍊的方式嗎?
