想瘦肚子的話 每天做10下仰臥起坐啊
如果體力不能負擔的話 再少做一點也是可以
我的體力算不錯的 所以才每天做10下
雖然還是會有點吃力啦 但撐一下就過去了
最近我連續做了兩天 覺得肚子有小一點說
等做滿一個月 再來跟大家分享吧~
